Mark Scotch just biked 15-hundred miles after donating a kidney to a total stranger. The 64-year-old marathon cyclist struck up a friendship with Hugh Smith, and volunteered to be his donor after finding out he was in need of a transplant. But they weren’t a match, so he donated a kidney to a stranger in Hugh’s name and Hugh received a new kidney from another donor as a result.
