Elijah, a 14 year old from Texas, is doing his best to help his mother. She was injured in a really bad car accident and had to get multiple surgeries. He realized after the accident that his mom had taught him how to bake. Every day he wakes up at 5 am to bake, goes to school, and then takes his baked goods to be sold so that he can save money to pay for his mothers bills. What a hard working and smart kid!
