This spring breaker didn't wanna leave the beach looking trashy. So, he started picking up trash. Joshua Caraway, who is from Atlanta, Georgia, was partying with his friends in Miami, and just couldn't leave without making sure the beach looked better than when he got there. His actions got the attention of many, even the eye of Major Paul Acosta from the Miami Beach Police Department. Major Acosta why he wasn't just partying like the rest of the college kids. Joshua said, "I love animals and I want to take care of their home and ours.”
