Casey Scott and I were morning workout partners at EOS in Ogden for a long while until he just recently went back on board with KSL-TV in the morning. He just did an excellent segment about firework safety. UPI.com is reporting that many parents have gotten lax on fireworks safety. Fireworks injuries like burns are on the rise, so this is a great time to read up and watch to make sure your kids are safe this holiday. By the way, if you are lighting off fireworks this 4th of July, be sure to check the respective city you will be in. Many have fireworks bans this holiday. Violations incur $1,000 fine. These things are expensive enough to buy already.
