Here's an update on the latest with the case against Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City star, Jen Shah:
- She is facing one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering in conjunction with a telemarking scheme that allegedly targeted the elderly.
- Jen is asking for certain topics and footage not to be allowed at her trial because she believes the government is set to introduce evidence of charges that she’s not currently facing.
- The Bravo show has an incentive to “exaggerate” the truth because it makes things more dramatic – and thus keeps them on the air.
