Celebrating Halloween on a weekday isn't all that fun is it? First of all, its a school night so there's that.... Many kids just can't stay out late to trick or treat when they have to hit the books hard the next morning.
Or, lets say you want to stay up all night partying and showing off your sexy costume at all the local bars... Ha! Good luck getting up for work the next day! Halloween on a weekday pretty much sucks!
Well, we may not have to worry about weekday Halloween parties, or shortened trick or treats if petition signers get their way!
Thousands have already signed a petition to make the last Saturday of each October the new permanent home of Halloween.
