when I was a teenager I filled a a hollowed out pumpkin with gasoline and light it on fire and pushed it out onto Utah Lake. It tipped over and gasoline fire spread into about a 20 foot radius on the lake. Stupid!

I was 16, parents out of town, not allowed to have friends in the car, had 5 friends in my SUV anyway. Backed into a car illegally parked. Friends convinced me to leave, I did, the owner found out who I was. My parents found out, I almost got arrested for hit/run but the owner of the car talked to me felt bad for me and so I wasn't arrested
my friend made a 'bomb' out of a spray paint can and it blew up in his face...literally...second degree burns on his face!
promise this is real. Went to school with a kid who got dry ice as a reward for good grades that he brought to school in Tupperware. The pressure built up enough that he couldn't get the lid off so he taped it tighter and put it in his backpack when it exploded in the middle of Chem class. Police pulled him out of drama class an hour later while he was doing an improv scene dressed as bin laden...
