Huge puddle takes pedestrians by surprise!
"I pulled over since it was getting flooded around the area, I was recording the water when all of a sudden I saw the guy trying to cross not knowing it was a deep ditch. I kept recording and warning people to not cross but they didn't believe me and kept walking."
