The rash of canceled holiday weekend flights spilled over on Memorial Day itself. As of 9 am on Monday, more than 550 flights had been canceled or delayed, including airlines like Delta, United, and American Airlines. Overall, more than 5,500 flights were delayed or canceled during the holiday weekend for a variety of reasons, including weather, staffing issues, and COVID-19. Did you travel over the weekend?
