Out of states most impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, there's some good news for us, although nothing about this has been "good". Utah ranks number 48 out of 51 states. Louisiana was #1 followed by Oklahoma and Hawaii. Our local news partner KUTV has more on the rankings HERE.
