Local author, Jessica Gaber, has just released a new book!
"God is Preparing me written by Jess Gaber, it’s a true story I did change names for identity protection unless she got permission. I have had a very hard childhood with lots of trauma emotional abuse physical abuse verbal abuse and sexual abuse, I struggle with anxiety depression, borderline personality, fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis and many more different mental and physical disease, bipolar is a new diagnosis. I struggled with my sexual identity as well as many suicidal thoughts and attempts, I have had more than 20 tries. May 2021, I tried to attempt to put me in a mental hospital for the 3rd time in my life. I have been self-harm free since last year. Through it all I have still accomplished many wonderful things in my life. I graduated high school, got a got a graphic design degree, and met all my idols, Miley Cyrus being one of them. My faith has always been there, god the universe has always been by my side and has even carried me. Every day is a new day, a new day to be positive and see all the beautiful things that life offers us. Be kind to yourself and others. You’re beautiful 😍"
