Chinese Spy Balloon Shot Down

After drifting across the U.S. for about 7 days, the U.S. government shoots down Chinese spy balloon off the coast of South Carolina. Government officials say that the balloon probably wasn't gathering any more information that a spy satellite would. Regardless, Chinese government officials are not pleased.
