It’s 4 days of resources, speakers, workshops, healing techniques, activities, education and so much more, including bonding with other amazing women that are on a similar healing journey! The Airbnb is awesome! There is a sauna, indoor hot tub, pool and a basketball court! We will do workshops like meditation, sound baths, yoga, inner child meditations, breath work etc.
