disaster vacation moment. I was traveling in Japan, I was at a restaurant eating, and 2 black cars pulled up. 3 men came out and shot at point blank a man in the back. I later found out it was the Yakuza and they were in the area. I decided to check the trip short.

Went to Coronado Island in 2001. I set our huge diaper bag with our brand new camcorder, all our cash, ID'S etc. on top of the car to load our newborn in the car. I stood up and it was gone. Our whole vacation was ruined.
went to Vegas the night of the concert shooting. The stars aligned that day and kept us safe. Starting with a missed flight when I was at the airport! Got stuck at mgm for hours and hours, saw many bloody people but we were untouched. Felt horrible for people at that concert. Went hike the next day ASAP
