Help listener Korbyn with his Eagle Scout Project

My Name is Korbyn Thornock. I am 16 years old, I am a student at Brighton High School. I am a lifeguard for the Cottonwood Heights Rec Center and I am currently working on my Eagle Scout Project.

I am reaching out to you today because I need your help in obtaining my goal to get 200 first aid kits into the schools in my area.

As a high school student, I am very aware that we could have a natural disaster happen, like the big Earthquake that could hit us at any time or a man-made disaster by someone deciding they want to shoot up a school close to my home or even my school. I want to be prepared if anything like this happens and help teachers and staff to have the proper equipment on hand to help save someone‚Äôs life.

With my first-aid background, I felt that it was a must to make sure CPR masks are included in these kits along with triage ribbons.

What I am asking from you is if you can help me get these triage ribbons and the CRP masks. I reached out to the American Red Cross, but they do not help in that kind of way.

I am including a link to what type of masks I am looking for and the triage ribbons.

These masks help us to not pass along the disease. When you do CPR on someone they are bound to throw-up and to have someone throw-up in your mouth would be disgusting.

I look forward to hearing back from you and working with you.
