Candle In A Dark Room is a non profit organization that raises awareness on child sexual abuse, sexual assault, trauma , mental health, self love and confidence, and so much more. We discuss all of the important issues that are often swept under the rug and not talked about. CIADR supports other survivors who have been victimized and are learning to heal from the trauma. Desi the founder and CEO of Candle In a Dark Room will be going to court with survivors to help guide and support them while they face their perpetrators. If asked and needed Desi will be there to be an advocate for the victims and their families. Along with that Desi will be traveling and speaking at conferences, retreats, collages and wherever asked or needed to talk, and bring awareness to these issues. Desi will also be offering to help survivors go through the steps of healing through the trauma. She has worked with adults and adolescents. Desi has over about 10 years of training and working hands on to help others through trauma.
