The Brigham City boy’s strategy for selling root beer has paid off. He held a large sign at 600 South 200 East that read “Ice Cold Beer”, all while he stood in front of a church. If you look at the sign a bit closer you will notice some small print with the word “Root” spelled out in above the word “Beer”.
His marketing strategy prompted calls to the Brigham City Police Department. When police arrived, they realized he was selling root beer. They took a photo of him and posted it on their facebook page.
“This young man, in the area of 600 South 200 East, has a twist on a lemonade stand. Yep, he’s selling beer ... ROOT BEER, that is. His marketing strategy has resulted in several calls to the BCPD, but apparently its paid off as business has been good.”
