A property owner in Wadeview Park, Florida was sick of waiting to settle their property dispute with the neighboring home owner, so they took matters into their own hands. At one time, the two pieces of property were two separate lots until one of the property owners bought the other lot and built a large home on the now single lot. The home went into foreclosure and the lots were split back to the original two lots. This left a portion of the pool and side yard on the other lot. Now the owner of the lot next to the home has had a fence installed down the driveway and across the pool marking his property boundary.
