High school senior Ethan Lindenberger was raised his entire life in a household that is against vaccinations. When Ethan got older he started to research what his parents had been telling the family about the dangers of getting vaccinated. He started to wonder if the health of himself and his younger siblings was being put at risk.
When he turned 18 he decided that he would get vaccinated. His father, though disappointed, said that because he was 18-years-old now, they couldn’t stop Ethan. The reaction from his mother did not fall in line with what his father's thoughts on the matter. "It was like him spitting on me. Saying ‘You don’t know anything, I don’t trust you with anything. You don’t know what you’re talking about. You did make a bad decision and I’m gonna go fix it," his mother Jill said.
