Kenneth Wesley Jee was arrested Sunday night at the Montage Deer Valley where staff accused him of stealing approximately $900 in items from a party.
Hotel security said the items were taken during a private function at the hotel on Friday. A staff member recognized Jee on Sunday when he returned to the hotel and called authorities. When police questioned him, Jee initially gave a fake name then later gave his real name and date of birth. He admitted that he had taken some items that didn’t belong to him.
According to the Tanner Clinic website, Jee is a orthopedic surgeon in Layton, Utah.
