An impatient driver at a crosswalk at Creekside Elementary in Kaysville said she had the right of way even though the crossing guard was in the crosswalk with the stop sign held up.
Celia Hardy watched as a driver rolled down her window and said she had the right of way because the crossing guard was the only person in the road.
"That is when I started recording," Hardy said. "She was very rude and kept trying to go forward. The crossing guard was amazing at keeping her calm and everyone safe."
She posted the video to social media and said, “Friendly reminder don’t be like this lady who was willing to hit kids in a crosswalk because the crossing guard was in her way. She kept telling the guard to move.”
