As of January 1st, the federal government required hospitals to post the prices of their services where the public can view them.
The Utah Department of Health and Utah Hospital Association provide a tool to receive basic information about inpatient services and charges, including average charges by diagnosis-related group (DRG). It can be found at utpricepoint.org.
