A passenger plane just outside of Moscow, Russia appears to be stopped in mid-air as a driver films from the road below. Some users on social media are calling it a glitch in the system, referring to the movie The Matrix. Others think that high winds could be causing the plane to slow down while others think the pilot engaged some type of braking system.
