Eat This Right Before Bed, Lose Weight

A new study published in the British Journal of Nutrition finds that eating small amounts of low-calorie, high-protein foods before bed can help boost your metabolism and help you lose weight while you sleep. One of the foods the study suggested is cottage cheese!  It doesn’t take a lot - two tablespoons an hour before bedtime could improve your health and help you shed pounds.
