Kim Z, from the Real Housewives of Atlanta, is getting some serious heat after posting a picture on her Instagram of her daughter, Kaia. She totally messed with the picture and photoshopped it. Her daughter's nose and butt have been messed with and she is only 4.
She posted 2 pictures and you can clearly see the difference in the 2 pics. Also, side note, both of her 4 year old kids have instagram profile's.
