Graduates of the class of 2019 in Luck, Wisconsin are getting a little help with college tuition. Dennis Frandsen, a banker who owns 35 branches of Frandsen Bank and Trust, has offered to pay for two years of technical college for all 34 prospective grads from the town.
He says he regularly attends high school graduations and noticed that the scholarships almost always go to the very top students, so he decided to spread the wealth to the average students and help them with higher education costs.
