"(It’s) horrific that we have a female that's chained up, sleeping on 2 dog beds in the back of a container. You almost asked yourself, ‘Did I just walk into a movie set in Hollywood?’” Sgt. Brandon Letterman of the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said.
“This is something that looked like it would straight come from a Hannibal Lecter movie -- a female that's chained and bound in the back of the container living off crackers and peanut butter and cheese and juice … had been back there for two months,” Letterman said.
