The video shows a woman walking on I-45 in Houston, Texas as traffic surrounds her.
"She didn't have a care in the world," said Juan Coronado, the man who recorded the video. "A hundred cars pretty much stopped in an instant."
No word yet on why she was walking on the freeway.
