Delta Forced A Man Off A Flight For Having To Use The Bathroom During A Delay On The Runway

A Delta flight in Atlanta was delayed on the runway. After 30 minutes went by, Kima Hamilton needed to use the restroom. He thought it would be OK to use the restroom since the plane hadn’t moved for over 30 minutes. A flight attendant told him to take his seat so he walked back to his seat. After several more minutes of not moving, he got back up and used the restroom.

After Hamilton returned to his seat, the pilot came on the loudspeaker and told the passengers that they had to return to the gate to remove a passenger.

“It was already understood and decided that I was a problem and I was getting kicked off the plane,” Hamilton later told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

“When I exited there were FBI agents waiting for me with Delta personnel.”
