Fourth District Court Judge Thomas Low praised Mr. Vallejo saying "The court had no doubt that Mr. Vallejo is an extraordinarily good man. But great men, sometimes do bad things," Judge Low said.
One of the victims was in the court room as the judge praised Vallejo in front of her.
