An 18-year-old and a 6-year-old were stuck in an elevator for 10 minutes at the Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa. The staff let them know that maintenance was on their way but that wasn’t quick enough for the family.
The family decided to pull fire alarms and verbally abuse the staff before they finally broke the elevator door open from the outside.
