These two blackhawk helicopters crashed between Little Cottonwood Canyon and American Fork Canyon. These two helicopters were training, and this area is used as a spot to train on landing.
Unfortunately, as they landed, snow was thrown up all around them which made visibility close to 0%. Once of the helicopters crashed, and parts of the helicopter that crashed hit the second helicopter which made them crash as well.
