A man is seen filming as he walks through the streets of Tbilisi Georgia when he comes across a dog lying next to a tree. The man recognizes the dog then the dog recognizes the man and starts whimpering in excitement. His dog had been missing for three years and we are assuming that he received a tip that his dog might be in the area.
