During a motorcycle race one rider rode up alongside another rider and deliberately bumped him causing him to crash into the railing. The rider that crashed got up, picked up a safety bag and waited on the track for the offending rider to return.
As the rider approached on his motorcycle, the victim threw the safety bag at the tire of the motorcycle instantly causing it to crash sending the rider sliding across the track.
