Utah girl, and Co-host of "The View," Abby Huntsman announced today that she will be stepping down from her hosting duties come Friday, in an effort to help her father, Jon Huntsman, Jr. run his re-election campaign for Governor of Utah.
Many in the audience were shocked by the news. (as you can see in the clip above) Although she is leaving the show, Abby has left the door open to the possibility of returning to ABC in the future, but only time will tell.
In the meantime, we're excited to have Abby back in her home state of Utah!
