AT THAT POINT, HE'LL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE UTAH STATE PRISON, TO SERVE A TERM OF 15-YEARS-TO-LIFE.

THE JUVENILE CONFESSED TO STABBING HIS 4 AND 10-YEAR-OLD ADOPTED BROTHERS TO DEATH, 13 MONTHS AGO.

POLICE SAY THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE THE BOY WAS WATCHING HIS BROTHERS, AT THEIR WEST POINT HOME.
