DUCHESNE COUNTY AUTHORITIES SAY THE GIRL WAS HIT IN THE HEAD BY THE PINE TREE.

A MEDICAL HELICOPTER LANDED ON THE LAKE SHORE AND AIRLIFTED THE YOUNG GIRL TO PRIMARY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL.

HER CURRENT CONDITION WASN'T KNOWN... BUT SHE WAS CONSCIOUS WHEN THE HELICOPTER LEFT THE LAKE.
